SAE Members & Students:



1.       NOTE:  THIS EVENT REQUIRES AN EMAIL SECURITY RESPONSE TO REGISTER.
--  Limited to first 50 registered attendees.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

a.       SAE will need the following Security information by: Tuesday 22 MAR
2011

b.      US citizens must provide full legal name (first, last, MI); last 4
digits of SSN.

c.       Permanent resident: FORM I-551 number.

d.      Foreign persons must provide: Country of citizenship; passport
number; Passport expiration (MM/DD/YYYY); Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY); Place
of birth.

2.     THE EVENT

The SpaceX Event scheduled for March 29 will feature Bill Riley as the
SpaceX presenter/tour guide.

SpaceX was recognized by MIT's Technology Review as one of the world's "50
Most Innovative Companies." (MIT Technology Review March/April 2011)



What: Visit SpaceX for presentation and facility tour.

When: Tuesday, March 29th from 6:30 - 8:30PM (arrive between 6 - 6:30,
presentation to begin at 6:30PM)

Where: SpaceX Hawthorne Facility

Parking: Free parking available across from SpaceX facility.

ON ARRIVAL



 All US citizens will need to show US government ID upon arrival (driver's
license, etc.)

3.       All non-US citizens will need to show passport, permanent resident
card, etc.

c.       All non-US citizens are required to provide
citizenship/nationality, foreign national ID (which needs to accompany the
non-US citizen upon arrival)

d.      All information is required upon registration and to be provided to
SpaceX by SAE before March 22, 2011.

5.       All attendees are required to wear closed-toe shoes.

7.       No cameras, video or otherwise picture-capturing devices allowed
(includes cameras on cell phones, so you'll need to leave cell phone in car)

8.

9.       Arrive by 6PM (refreshments provided by SpaceX until 6:30)

10.   Presentation begins at 6:30

11.   Tour concludes by 8:30PM
